FINVERIUM — Editorial Policy

Editorial Policy

This policy outlines how FINVERIUM produces and maintains accurate, independent, and trustworthy financial content.

Overview

FINVERIUM aims to publish high-quality financial information rooted in expertise, data and transparent sourcing. This policy explains our standards for research, sourcing, corrections, disclosures, and editorial independence.

Sourcing & verification

Writers must rely on reputable primary sources (official filings, government data, central bank releases, academic research, and reputable market data providers). For claims about law, tax or investment outcomes, we:

  • prefer primary documents (SEC filings, IRS publications, central bank statements);
  • cite sources with links when available; and
  • flag estimates or projections clearly and explain methodology.

Authorship & expertise

All substantive articles include an author byline and short bio listing relevant credentials or experience. Where technical advice is offered (tax, legal, investment), we include a disclaimer recommending professional consultation and, when applicable, a reviewer with appropriate credentials.

Advertising, sponsored content & affiliate relationships

We clearly label paid or sponsored content. Editorial decisions are independent from commercial partners. When content contains affiliate links or sponsored content, the article header and disclosure paragraph will note the relationship. We do not allow sponsors to draft or directly edit editorial content.

Corrections & updates

If we discover an error, we correct it promptly and add a correction note at the top or bottom of the article indicating the change and date. For significant or material changes we will also notify subscribers via our newsletter.

How to request a correction: Email corrections@finverium.com with a link to the article and a short description of the issue.

Conflicts of interest

Authors and editors must disclose any financial interest in a topic they cover (e.g., holdings, consultancies). If a conflict is identified, it will be disclosed in the article and, where necessary, the author will be recused from editorial oversight of that topic.

Editorial review & updates

FINVERIUM maintains an editorial calendar and periodic review schedule for evergreen content. Investment primers, tax guides and product reviews are reviewed at least annually or sooner if regulatory or market conditions change materially.

Contributing writers & external experts

We accept submissions from qualified contributors. Guest pieces go through the same editorial process as in-house content and require disclosure of relevant qualifications and conflicts. Contributors must provide sources and any supporting documents used in their reporting.

Privacy & data handling

When reporting, we do not publish personally identifiable information (PII) about private individuals unless it is essential to the public interest and ethically sourced. See our full Privacy Policy for details.

If you have questions about this policy or need to report concerns, please contact our editorial director at editorial@finverium.com.
